1st Day of 2nd Grade

Have to post the official first day of school photo for 2nd grade! Abby has changed so much from a year ago. Both of the kids had growth spurts over the summer and...boy...they're growing so fast right before my eyes! I've never been the kind of mom who wants to keep her kids babies forever but lately it feels like I might wake up tomorrow and they'll be all grown up.

Abby was exhausted when she got home from school today. She was relieved though that her teacher was so nice.

Hunter, on the other hand, was completely lost and just laid on the floor in front of cartoons this morning. He would have stayed there all day if I had let him. I felt so bad for the poor guy (no sister to fight with) so we had a fun day out together at Deer Park and picking corn. I'm going to have to look up some activities for us to do for the rest of the week until he gets used to entertaining himself a little better again.

My kids are great!
